Time slows into a gentle sway when we slip below the sea surface. Tiny bubbles shimmer and swirl as shrimp crackle their tiny claws. The fish don’t care about our 5 year plans or how your hair looks today. 

Underwater, my heart embraces the rhythm of the dive reflex , and with it my mind softens into salty stillness.

All that matters is being in flow.
